Fellow Programme in Management 2020 is the doctoral level programme offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. This programme is open for the graduates/postgraduates/CA/ICWA/CS students who have a strong academic background, highly-motivated and have the curiosity to undertake the research. The aim of this doctoral course is to prepare the students for a career in academia or research positions in the industry.

IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management Eligibility:

Students possessing the following qualification will be eligible to apply for IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management

• Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and 3-years bachelor’s degree passed with at least 50% marks.
• Five or four years integrated master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates who have passed 4 years bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks are also eligible to apply.
• Those who are holding the professional qualification of CA/CS/ICWA with minimum 55% marks can also apply.
• Along with fulfilling the academic qualification, it is necessary for the applicants to appear the Common Admission Test (CAT) or a standard test in lieu of CAT like GMAT/GRE/UGC-JRF/GATE to be eligible for admission. 

IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management Reward:

Apart from receiving financial assistance in tuition fee, computer, library, placement, alumni fees, and medical insurance, the fellow will get several other benefits. The details of which are as follows:

• Contingency allowance of INR 25,000/- per annum for 5 years will be provided to selected fellows.
• Also, a Subsistence allowance of INR 32,800/- per month for first and second years, INR 35,400/- per month after completion of the comprehensive examination and INR 39,300/- Per month after submission of TAC.
• In addition to this, the awardees will get accommodation and an amount of up to INR 1, 75,000/- for international workshops/summer school/conferences.

The application process of FPM, IIM Ahmedabad shall consist of the following steps:

• To apply online, click on Apply Button
• Fresh candidates can register themselves by clicking on “New Applicants Please REGISTER here first” link.
• Fill all the required details.
• Click on the “Submit” button.
• After successful registration, the candidates will receive login credentials in their respective email ID.
• Log in your account and fill the rest of the details.
• Upload the requisite documents.
• Make the payment of INR 500/- through IIMA gateway.
• At last, submit all the details.

Documents required while applying for IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management are:

• Academic transcripts from class 10th onwards
• Scorecard of qualifying tests except for CAT
• Degree certificates

Note: The size of all the documents must not be more than 2 MB and should be in PDF format.

Important Dates IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management:

Application form of IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management 2020 is available from 12th July 2020. The last date to submit the online application form is 31st August 2020.

Selection Procedure IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management:

Firstly, students will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic performance and marks in the qualifying tests. Further, the selection will be made on the basis of an interview conducted in the month of Nov/Dec 2020.
