INSA Visiting Scientist Fellowship Programme 2020-21 | Eligibility, Last Date & Application Form

The Indian National Science Academy invited applications for INSA visiting scientist fellowship program. This fellowship is introduced to conduct advanced research in the institutes and research centers for the year 2020. The primary objective of this fellowship is to improvise the research capabilities & specific techniques that are not available in the institutions, however, book-writing is not an approved part of this program.

Eligibility of INSA Visiting Fellowship 2020

To get shortlisted for this scholarship:-

• Applicant must be a Scientist/Scholar/Researcher or Inspire faculty etc in any R & D organization or affiliated universities of India.
• The applicant must not be a receiver of the previous year's Insa Visiting Fellowship.

Selection Process for visiting scientist fellowship 2020

The selection process will be handled by the Science Promotion Committee, in the meeting which usually schedules to occur during March-April in the following year. However, the applications will be invited once a year, through a proper channel which is mandatory to reach the academy by 31st January preceding the year of selection.

How to apply for the INSA Visiting Scientist Fellowship Application Form 2020-21?

To apply for this fellowship:-

2. The applications will be invited once a year. In the application, the applicants are required to submit their Work Plan, Bio-Data, Highlights of Research and, Achievements they have made.
3. Candidates are requested to send their application form in the academy to the Deputy Executive Officer.
4. The final decision of the academy will be announced during May/April.
