International French Language Olympiad (iFLO) 2020, Last Date, Prizes, Apply Online, Eligibility Criteria

International French Language Olympiad 2020 has been launched by the silver zone foundation for the benefits of students. This Olympiad provides an opportunity to the school going students to test their knowledge and skills in the French language. The examination is conducted for the students of class 6th to class 10th. The Olympiad is held in 3 levels. The top scorers of the 1st level will be eligible for 2nd level.

After English, French is the second most popular and taught language in the world. Learning the French language enhances the candidate’s personality and helps them to develop a golden career in the long run. The objective of this Olympiad is to make the students learn the French language through an interesting and interactive process.

International French Language Olympiad Eligibility 2020

• In order to apply for this Olympiad, students have to fulfill the below-given eligibility conditions:
• This Olympiad is open for the students of class 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th studying in any recognized board of India. 

Exam Pattern iFlO 2020 

• The medium of question paper - French only
• Total number of questions - 50 questions
• Exam duration - 60 minutes
• Question paper type - objective type questions
• Venue - School itself
• Negative marking - No negative marking in the examination.

International French Language Olympiad Rewards

Level 1:

• 1st international Olympiad rank holder of each class will receive a cash prize of INR 10,000/-.
• 2nd international Olympiad rank holder of each class will receive a cash prize of INR 75,000/- and a winner’s trophy.
• 3rd international Olympiad rank holder of each class will receive a cash prize of INR 5,000/- and a winner’s trophy.
• 4th to 10th international Olympiad rank holder of each class will get a wristwatch.
• 11th to 25th international Olympiad rank holders of each class will receive exciting gifts.
• 26th to 500th international Olympiad rank holder of each class will be awarded the topper achievement certificate.
• All the state toppers securing 1st, 2nd and 3rd rank with minimum 50 % marks will receive gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
• All participating candidates will get participation certificate reflecting Olympiad rank, state rank and marks obtained.

How To Apply For International French Language Olympiad Application Form

Following are some of the steps to apply for International French Language Olympiad:

1. The application process is conducted offline.
2. Aspirants have to register through their respective schools.

4. Each participant has to pay the registration fee ofINR 250/-.
5. The fee can be paid through demand draft or bank transfer.

Important Dates

International French Language Olympiad 2018 application form is now available. Check below all the important dates:

• Last date of registration - 30 September 2020
• Exam date - 4th December 2020 or 22nd January 2021
• Result announcement - February 2021

Note - Prizes/awards will be sent to the school within 3 or 4 weeks of result declaration.
