PGIMER Post Doctoral Fellowships Entrance Examination 2020 invites all the candidates of MD/MS to apply for this fellowship. The duration of this fellowship is of one year. During the period, the fellows are expected to entitled to the achievements according to the pattern of Government of India. The selected students will get basic pay of INTR 71,800 in the form of pay matrix-level 11 as per 7^th CPC plus other additional allowances. This fellowship is offered by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.

PGIMER Post Doctoral Fellowships Entrance Examination 2020 Eligibility Criteria

• Must have done MS/MD from a university /institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• Must have completed a two-year residency in a relevant department on or before 31^st December/30^th June for January session and July session respectively.
• Must be registered with central /state medical registration counseling.
• Age must be not more than 35 years as on 1^st July 2020.
• 3 years of relaxation for the candidates belonging to OBC and 5 years SC/ST/EX servicemen.

• It is to be noted that temporary registration for the Medical Council of India for the duration of postgraduate study is mandatory.

• Application start date -16^th April 2020.
• Last date – 16^th May 2020 at 11.59 PM.
• Examination date – 14^th June 2020.

Important Note –

• The selection will on the basis of merit and entrance examination performance.
• The examination will be conducted in the CBT (Computer Based Test) mode.
• The duration of the examination will be 1 hr 60 minutes.
• The examination will be pated in two i.e. Part 1 – General, Part 2- Speciality.
