The Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand has released the applications for the Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students Uttarakhand. This post-matric scholarship is available for the Uttarakhand domiciled students pursuing post-matric level studies. Only the Scheduled caste (SC) category students are eligible for this scholarship. The aim of this scholarship is to help the students in pursuing higher education without facing any financial problem.

Eligibility For Post Matric Scholarship For SC Students 2020 

The basic eligibility conditions which students have to mandatorily fulfill to apply for this scholarship are as follows:

• A candidate must be the permanent resident of Uttarakhand state.
• An applicant must belong to the SC category with an annual family income of fewer than 2.5 lacs.
• This scholarship is open for Class 10th passed students pursuing post-matric studies (Class 11th onwards) from affiliated schools/institutions.
• A candidate must have passed the last qualifying examination with passing marks.

The application process of Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students Uttarakhand is described below:

1. Aspiring candidates can fill the application form via online mode.
2. Click here to apply online.
3. Fresh candidates have to click on “New User? Register here”.
4. Now, select the scholarship name, scheme type, state of domicile and fill details like name, gender, category, DOB, email ID, mobile number, residential address, etc.
5. Also, enter bank account details.
6. Afterward, verify your mobile number through OTP.
7. Login your account and fill the rest of the details in the scholarship form.
8. Applicants must retain the application ID and password for future correspondence.
