Pre Matric Scholarship to ST Students, Dadra and Nagar Haveli is offered by Government of India. The main aim of the Pre-Matric Scholarship is to offer financial assistance to ST students of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The financial help will be offered to all the Pre Matric students of class 9th to 10th.

Pre- Matric Scholarship to Scheduled Caste Students, Dadra and Nagar Haveli Eligibility Criteria

• Must be domicile holder of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
• Students must be studying in class 9th and 10th.
• Must belong to Sc community
• Must have a family income less than INR 2 lakh P/A.

Rewards of The Scholarship

• Under Pre Matric Scholarship to ST Students, Himachal Pradesh students will get many scholarship rewards like:
• Monthly scholarship: Hosteller: 350 per month (10 months), Day scholar INR150 (for 10 months).
• Books Ad-Hoc Grant –Hosteller- INR 1000, Day Scholar- INR 750
• Monthly Reader allowance, transport allowance, escort allowance, helper allowance is INR 160
• Monthly Coaching allowance: INR 240

Application Procedure of Pre- Matric Scholarship to Scheduled Caste Students Dadra and Nagar Haveli

• Click "Apply Now" button
• Visit the National Scholarship website and click ‘ New registration’.
• Read the guidelines carefully and select the undertaking and click on ‘ continue button’
• Then in the third step select the state of domicile, scholarship category, scheme type, gender, write the applicant’s name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID.
• Offer Bank Details
• Select Aadhaar or Bank account number Number will be verified and an OTP will be generated.
• An application ID and password will be generated.
• Login with OTP and fill the form.
• An application ID and password will be generated.

Note: All applicants are advised to fill the form properly ads there is no correction window.

• Passport size photograph
• Caste certificate
• Income Certificate
• Mark sheets of the previous year. 

Important Dates

• Last date to apply – 15th October 2019
• Last date of defect verification and institute verification- 31st October 2019.

Terms and Conditions

• The scholarship is offered for one year only and scholarship will be renewed on the basis of marks of the students.
• The continuation of the scholarship will depend on applicant’s good conduct and regularity in attendance.
