Sightsavers India, with an aim to offer financial assistance, is providing the Sightsavers India Fellowship program 2020. This fellowship is open for the young and innovative ophthalmologists to take the fine hand on clinician and surgeon. The selected candidates will get 24 months fellowship program and will also receive a stipend during the fellowship.

Sightsavers India Fellowship Program 2020 Eligibility Criteria

To apply, one must fulfill all the eligibility criteria:-

• Be a young and capable ophthalmologist in India.
• Must be a postgraduate or diploma holder in ophthalmology (MS/DNB/DO) from any recognized institution in India.
• Must have deep knowledge of clinical ophthalmology.

The selected candidates will get the following privileges:-

Selection Criteria of Rewards of Sight Savers India Fellowship Program 2020

Selection will be based on reviewing the submitted documents and interview performance.The selection will go through the following process:-

• Application form submission.
• 1^st round of shortlisting.
• Campus interviews/Skype calls.
• 2^nd round of interview
• Referee calls
• Call for the final interview in person in Delhi.

Terms and Conditions

• The selected fellowship will be placed in the following states – Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Odisha
• Fellowship will start in June 2020.
• The fellowship will be informed via email.
