Physical Research Laboratory Essay Competition for School Students is conducted by the Physical Research Laboratory. The competition is being conducted for the students of class 8th to class 12th on an account of the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarabhai. The competition will take place for two categories, category-I for class 8 to 10 students and Category-II is for class 11 and 12 students. The topic for category-I is “Home at a distant place” and for Category-II, the topic is “Design innovative experiments for space station”.

Physical Research Laboratory Essay Competition is open only for class 8th to class 12th students.

Physical Research Laboratory Essay Competition For School Students Reward:

A total of 30 candidates from each age group will be selected for the award. The selected candidates will get the following prizes in the form of cash:

Category-I:

• First prize – INR 20,000/, second prize – INR 15,000/- and third prize – INR 10,000/-.
• Also, additional 5 prizes of INR 2,000/- each will be given to awardees.

Category-II:

• First prize – INR 25,000/, second prize – INR 20,000/- and third prize – INR 15,000/-.
• Also, additional 5 prizes of INR 2,500/- each will be given to awardees.

Essay Format:

• Font size must be 12 points in Arial
• Type the essay on A4 size electronic page
• There must be margins of 1.5 cm on all four sides
• 1.5 interlinear space
• The essay must be written in the English language by a single person
