Scholarship to Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics, Maharashtra offered by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. This scholarship is meant for the Maharashtra domiciled students studying at graduation. Students who have passed the 12th in science stream with minimum 60 % marks can apply for this scholarship scheme. The scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students in pursuing higher studies.

Scholarship To Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics, Maharashtra Eligibility 2020

Following are some of the conditions to be eligible for this scholarship

• The student must belong to Maharashtra.
• He/she must pursue graduation in science with Maths and Physics as the main subjects.
• An aspirant must have passed the 12th examination with minimum 60 % marks.
• Also, a candidate must have secured at least 60 % in science examination and 60 % marks in Mathematics and Physics individually.
• Students who have received any central or state scholarship will not be eligible for this scheme.

Note: The scholarship will be only renewed if a student secures a minimum of 60 % marks in each academic year.

Scholarship To Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics Reward 

The complete details regarding the scholarship amount are as follows

• Scholarship amount of INR 1000/- in the month of March will be provided to the fresh candidates.
• An amount of INR 1200/- in the month of March will be provided in case of scholarship renewal.

8. The student’s 12th mark sheet is required while applying for the scholarship.
9. After successfully submitting the form, students must take the printout of the confirmation page for further correspondence.

Important Dates

The application form of this scholarship program has been released. The application deadline is 30th November 2019.

Selection Procedure

Eligible students will be selected on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination.
