The Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards 2019-20, Eligibility Criteria, Last Date, Application Form

The Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards 2019-20 is organized by DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance (DPLI). Students of Class 6th to Class 12th engaged in a volunteer activity partly or completely can apply for this award. Aspirants can participate in this award individually or in a group. The purpose of conducting this award is to identify the school students who have made a positive difference in their community through volunteer community service.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Pramerica Awards 2019-20 

Students can check their eligibility for The Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards from here:

  • Students studying in Class 6th to Class 12th are eligible to apply.
  • Students must be involved in a volunteer activity at least during the application period.
  • Students are free to take part at the individual level or group level. Maximum 5 students can apply in a group.
  • International studentsresiding and studying in India can also apply.
  • Candidates who have participated earlier in this program (except national honourees) can also apply.
  • Children of employees working in DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance or any of its affiliates firms are not eligible.

 

Pramerica Spirit Of Community Awards India Benefits

Individual Category Applicants:

  • Total of 46 applications will be shortlisted. Out of which, the top 16 candidates (8 from each category) will receive certificates of achievement and silver medals.
  • These candidates will also be invited to the gala felicitation event in Delhi along with parents and school principal/teacher.
  • 30 runner-ups (15 from each category) will receive certificates of merit and bronze medal.
  • Out of the 16 finalists, 2 will be selectedas national winners.
  • Each national honouree will get a certificate of excellence, gold medal, a cash prize of INR 50,000/- and return trip to Washington, D.C in May 2019.

Group Category Candidates:

  • Out of all the group applications, 10 groups will be shortlisted.
  • Top 3 groups will receive a certificate of achievement and silver medal.
  • All the group members are invited to attend the gala felicitation event in Delhi.
  • Top 7 runner-ups will get a certificate of merit and bronze medal.
  • 3 finalist groups will be interviewed by the jury panel and the selected group will be announced as the national winner.
  • All members of the winner group will receive a gold medal, certificate of excellence and acash prize of INR 50,000/-.
  • The trophy will be given to the school principal.

 

How To Apply Pramerica Spirit Of Community Awards 2019-20

Aspirants can apply for The Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards either through online or offline mode. The application process details are given below:

Online Mode:

  2. Fill all the details asked in the application form.
  3. Now, get your application certified by one of your parents or school Principal.
  4. Either email your application for online certification to them or take the printout of your application form, signed it by them and send the scanned copy to awards@dhflpramerica.com or socaindia@gmail.com

Offline Mode:    

  1. Click here to download the offline application form.
  2. Fill all the required details in the form.
  3. Get the form certified from your parents or school principal.
