1. Graduation in any stream with 50% marks
2.  5% relaxation to SC/ST and 3% relaxation to OBC candidates.
3.  5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
4. 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category), Subject to verification from Selection committee*.
