JD Women’s College, Patna Admission 2021 & Fee Structure

JD Women’s College is located in Patna. The college has been established in the year 1971 and it imparts the higher education to girls. It is affiliated to Magadh University and it was accredited by the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council).
The college offers the courses in various disciplines such as Management, Science, Humanities and Social Science, Computer Application, Fashion designing and Healthcare etc. The offered courses are MBA, BCA, MCA, BBM, BA (Hons), B.Sc (Hons.), MA etc.
Its campus spread over an area of 2.41 acres of Land. There are various facilities available for the overall development. It has a well-stocked library with huge collection of books, AC classrooms with modern teaching aids, Computer center with Internet connectivity, Auditorium, Conference and Seminar Hall, Auditorium for various events and activities, GYM, Language La, Medical Facility, Laboratories, Sports facility, Cafeteria etc.
There are 125 strong core faculty members who are highly qualified and experienced in their respective disciplines and 25 visiting/ guest faculties.
The college conducts various seminars, workshops, cultural programs, Sports activities, Competitions etc throughout the year.

JD Women’s College Admission 2021

Admission to BA (Hons) , BCA, BBM and EEM courses, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/T category students) from recognized Board. Admission will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.
Admission to B.Sc (Hons.), must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as main subjects from recognized Board. Students must be secured minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from recognized Board.
For applying to MA (Hons.), students must have done graduation in any discipline from recognized University. They must obtain minimum 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST category students). Admission will be done on the merit basis. Merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in graduation.
For MBA admission, students must hold Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized University and secured minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST). Students must have valid score in any one of the following entrance exams such as CMAT/MAT/CAT/XAT. Students will be shortlisted on the basis of score obtained in CMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT. Selected students will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (25 marks for each).
To get admission to MCA course, students must have completed graduation in any discipline and secured minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST) from recognized University. Students will be required to appear in JDMCACET conducted by JD Women College. Once they will be qualified in the entrance exam, qualified students will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of score obtained in Entrance Exam (80% weight) and performance in Group Discussion (10% weight) and personal Interview (10% weight).

The fee structure of college is low as a comparison to other colleges. The fee for every course is different and it changes every year as per the norms.
The Fee of MBA course is Rs.70,000 per annum and the fee for other courses is also feasible.
