Nirmala College of Pharmacy (NCP) was established in the year 2004, located in Muvattupuzha, Kerala. It is approved by Government of India, AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and it is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Science, Thrissur.
It provides the professional education in the area of Pharmacy. It offers the courses like Bachelor of pharmacy, M.Pharm and Pharm.D. There are various departments namely Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacy Practice.
The campus of college is well equipped with major facilities and amenities are available inside the college campus. It has 21 well-equipped labs, central instrument room with modern equipments, Modern classrooms, Industrial Pharmacy Unit, Hi-Tech computer Lab, wifi connectivity, Air Conditioned Seminar Hall, Auditorium, Medical facility, Examination Hall, Auditorium, Games and Sports facilities etc.
It has modern library facility with more than 7828 books and periodicals on all subjects. It also has 23 electronic Journal titles, 10 National Journals and 13 International Journals. The library has also drug information software named LEXICOMP.
PCP conducts various curricular, extra co-curricular activities and Social Activities throughout the year such as World Pharmist day, seminars, Workshops, Sports, Freshers, Onam Celebration and many other activities.
The training and Placement cell helps the students for their industrial training, career and for campus recruitment with leading firms. The cell conducts various activities and programs such as Guest Lecture, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Industrial visits, preparation of CV, Guidance for Interview skills, Mock Interviews, Group Discussion and other activities and programs for student’s overall development.

For admission to Pharm.D and B.Pharm, students should pass 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics or Biology as main subjects from recognized board.
For M.Pharm, must done bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from recognized University.
