 VIT Vellore BTech Admission 2021 

B.Tech at Vellore institute is offered in ten specializations. The admission is based on JEE Main /Advance or VITEEE which is also a national level exam conducted by the college itself. To apply one needs be an Indian National /NRI /PIO /OCI holder and must have passed 12th with a minimum of 60% marks from a science background. The university will not release the cutoff, however, the students will be informed via mail or  SMS/call. 

How to apply?

• You can apply for Vellore B.tech course online mode by registering yourself and filling in all the details online and paying for Vellore Application  Fees INR 1150 through net banking. debit/credit card or Paytm. You can upload your scanned photograph (3.5 cm to 4.5 cm) and signature (6cm to 2 cm) in JPG/JPEG format. 
• During online payment, if your amount has been deducted and payment is not being made then you can wait for three working days or can mail your concern @ ugadmission@vit.ac.in 
• You can visit the campus in person and can buy the prospectus through DD of INR 1200 in the favor of “VIT University” payable at Vellore. 
• Another way to apply is that you can get a prospectus from many post offices pan India by paying INR 1200. Fill the form hardcopy with a black ball pen and shade the dots through a pencil. Paste your documents and photographs along with the DD and send them to the registered post at the university address. 

VIT Vellore B.Arch and B.Des Admission 2021 

VIT University Vellore offers full-time B.Arch and B.Des courses. The admission to B.Des. course is based on VITEEE or UCEED  or valid NATA score for B.Arch.You apply through the official website, fill the form and pay INR 1200 through credit/debit or net banking. You can also send your application via post at -

VIT Vellore UG Admission 2021 

Admission to courses like BA,B.Com. B.Sc.and BCA will be offered based on the last qualifying examination.

The form is available online with an application fee of INR 1100 ( INR 500 for B.Sc. Hons Agriculture ). Take the printout of the filled form and send it to the university address. You can also obtain your form through post by sending DD of INR 400 drawn in the favour of VIT, Vellore. VIT Vellore PG admission 2021 

• The PG admission specially M.tech, MCA and M.Tech by research, admission will be entrance based such as VITMEE  and GATE/UGC/CSIR NET for M.Tech in Research. 
• Students need to graduate in a relevant field  with minimum 60% marks.’
• VITMEE will be computer-based and for M.tech and MCA, you only have to apply online with a payment of INR 1121  as the application fee. The fees for M.Tech in Reserach is INR 1200 . 
• Admission to  M.Sc. and M.des will be done based on merit in the last qualifying examination followed by a round of interviews. 
•  Admission to MBA will be done through the valid score of CAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT or CMAT  followed by essay writing and personal interview. 

Noticeable Points -

• Students from SC/ ST category will be given marks relaxation of 40% for the candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, North East, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
• Application for M.Sc. can be filed online with a payment of INR 590 (INR 472 for Int. M.Sc. (Biotechnology) as an application fee.

VIT Vellore PhD Admission 2021 

• Vellore Institute of Technology PhD is offered full time, internal part-time and external part-time modes. Candidates have to go through the entrance examination VITREE which is conducted by the university. The minimum eligibility for M.Phil and PhD is 60% marks in a relevant masters degree. For PhD in language, one needs to have a minimum of 55% marks in total and a PhD in management is ME/M.Tech or MBA with 60% marks. 
• To apply, you need to click on “ research admission” by visiting the official website. 
• Fill the form and pay the application form of INR 900.
