B. Tech. - Food Engineering is known as Bachelor of Technology in Food Engineering, which is an undergraduate degree program. Food Engineering is the field of applied physical science that combines science, microbiology and engineering education for food and related industries. Under this course, students will know about the different type of foods, composition, their biochemical and microbiology along with the various techniques and processes.
