B. Tech. - Polymer Technology is known as Bachelor of Technology in Polymer Technology, which is an undergraduate degree program.  This course mainly focuses on the different materials, their production, design, combination and distribution of Plastic materials. It includes the study of polymer materials, their properties, manufacturing process and the application which require in the field of Polymer Engineering.  Through this course, students will get practical experience on computer aided plant design, polymerization engineering, fabrication and processing of polymers.  Further, in the fourth year of this course they will work on a project and go for industrial training. 
Moreover, students who have completed their 10+2 with science stream can apply for this degree program. Once they will gain this degree, they can find many career opportunities in Research Institutions, Tyre Companies, Production (Polymer Firms), Design and Manufacture of Moulds Companies, Fuel Refineries etc.
