Agricultural engineers are employed by agriculture firms, retail industry, food processing industry, central and state government organizations. Private engineering firms also appoint agricultural engineers for the post of the consultant. Besides this, they are also employed by industry which manufactures agricultural machinery, equipment and structures for housing livestock and crop storage.
