ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research) is responsible to conduct AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Admission). This National Level entrance exam is organized for the students, who want to take admission in various Undergraduates and Post-Graduates and Ph.D. courses in Agriculture.

ICAR has recently released the official notification of ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam and it will be conducted on 12th May 2021 (For UG) and 13th May 2021 (For PG).

ICAR AIEEA Eligibility

Candidates, who want to appear in ICAR AIEEA 2021, should fulfill the below- mentioned eligibility criteria:

For Undergraduate Courses:

• First of all, candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate must be 16 years of age as on 31st August 2021.
• Candidates should qualify 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Agriculture/ Mathematics as the core subjects.
• Those, who have studied their 10+2 in Agriculture may eligible to appear in the examination in some of the states like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh etc.
• Also, the candidates qualify their 10+2 in home science, can apply for some Agriculture Universities.
• Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with 50% marks. While it will be 40 % for SC/ST and PC categories.
• Candidates, who are appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply for the examination.

For Undergraduate Courses:

• Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• The upper age limit should be 19 years as on 31st August 2021.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in the Agriculture field from a recognized University.
• Candidates should attain 60% marks in the qualifying examination. It will be 50 % for SC/ST/PC categories.

ICAR AIEEA Exam Dates 2021

ICAR AIEEA important dates are as follows:

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Application Form

• ICAR AIEEA 2021 application form will be available at the official website, i.e. www.icarexam.net from 3rd week of April 2021.
• First of all, candidates have to visit the official website and open the online application form.
• Now, fill up the personal details like name, address, contact details etc. and upload the scanned copy of signature, color photograph and thumb impression (left for boys and right for girls).
• Now submit the application form and take out a print of the application form.
• Attached this application form print out along with the bank challan and send it to the registered address given in the official website.
• There is no need for the candidates to send the mark sheet/certificate with the application form.
• This enclosed application form and bank challan should be reached to the given address by the last week of April 2021.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Application Fees

ICAR AIEEA  Application Fees details are as follows:

For ICAR AIEEA Undergraduates:

• For General/OBC and UPS categories, application fee is Rs 500.
• For SC/ST and PC categories, application fee is Rs 250.

For ICAR AIEEA Post-Graduates:

• For General/OBC/UPS categories, application fee is Rs 600.
• For SC/ST/PC candidates,application fee is Rs 300.

For AICE-JRF/SRF (PGS):

• For General/OBC/UPS categories, application fee is Rs 1200.
• For SC/ST/PC candidates, application fee is Rs 600.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Exam Pattern

For UG:

• The mode of the examination is offline only.
• Question paper consists of 180 questions which carries total 720 marks.
• All the questions will be objective types.
• Mode of language will be both English and Hindi.
• Duration of the examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Each correct answer will give 4 marks.
• For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
• Section-wise details of the exam pattern are as follows:

For PG:

• The mode of the examination is offline only.
• Question paper consists of 160 questions, which carries total 650 marks.
• Question paper is divided into two section, i.e. Section-A (160 questions) and Section –B (10 questions).
• Question paper carries 150 objective type questions and 10 cross-matching type questions.
• Exam duration will be 3 hours.
• 4 marks will be given to each correct answer.
• There will be the negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect objective type question. While 0.2 mark will be deducted for each incorrect mark from the total score.
