Uniform Subsidy to School Students invites applications of students from weaker sections of society. The main objective of the scheme is to provide a cash subsidy to the students of government or aided school.  This scheme has provided relief to the deprived sections who cannot afford the education in terms of books, uniforms, fees, etc. 

Eligibility Criteria: Uniform Subsidy To School Students

Students fulfilling the below criteria are eligible to apply

• The students studying in Class Nursery to 12th from government and aided school.
• Students who are from private schools against freeship quota can also apply. 

Uniform Subsidy To School Students Benefits

Uniform subsidy to school students, Delhi gives a cash reward for uniform up to INR 1500 to students of the following classes

1. Class Nursery to 5th – INR 1100 per annum.
2. Class 6th to 8th – INR 1400 per annum.
3. Class 9th -12th – INR 1500 per annum.

How To Apply For Uniform Subsidy To School Students 2020

To apply for this scheme, the eligible students can contact their school or can contact the Department of SC/ST/OBC/minority welfare, Delhi or visit the official website of the government of Delhi.

Students must have the following documents for applying for Uniform Subsidy to School Students, Delhi

• EPIC Card
• Aadhar Card
• Domicile 
• Passbook of a nationalized bank
• Caste certificate.

NOTE – The deadline to apply for this scheme is30th November.
