DAV University Jalandhar Admission 2021 & Fee Structure

DAV University is a Private University which is located in Jalandhar, Punjab. It was established in the year 2021 under the aegis of DAV Trust.

The campus of DAV University is spread over an area of 72 acres of Lush Green area. The campus is well equipped and having all modern infrastructure with major required facilities such as Smart Classrooms, Seminar and Conference Hall, Lecture Hall, Medical Aid, Computer Center, Hostel and Mess, Workshops, Cafeteria, Fitness facilities and many other facilities are available inside the University campus.

Admission to B.Tech course will be done on the basis of score obtained in JEE Mains or DAVUET (DAV University Entrance Test). Merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in JEE Mains or DAVUET. No separate merit list will be prepared for the SC/ST category students. If vacant seats remain then it will fill by those students who have appeared in JEE Main or marks obtained in 10+2 examination.

Admission to BBA, B.Sc (Hons), BCA, BA, B.Com Hons., B.P.Ed, BA and B.Com courses, students will have to appear in DAVUET conducted by DAV University. Admission will be done through marks obtained in DAVUET. In case, some seats will remain then it will give to those students who have appeared in DAVUET.

For M.Tech admission, students must completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from recognized University and must have valid score in GATE.

Admission to MCA, students must have completed BCA/B.SC with Mathematics/ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from recognized University.

Admission to MBA program, student will be required to appear in DAV University MBA Eligibility test. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of score obtained in DAVUET. Students with valid CAT/ MAT score will not required to appear in Entrance Test. Their admission will be done on the basis of CAT/MAT score.

Admission to MA will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.

For admission to M.sc and M.Com, students have to appear in DAVUET.

Admission to Ph.D program in various disciplines will be done through Entrance Test conducted by DAV University which will be followed by Interview and Presentation rounds.

To get admission to Ph.D program student who have valid score in NET/SLET/GATE/JRF exam or hold M.Phil degree can take direct admission. They only have to appear in Interview and Presentation rounds.

DAV University, Jalandhar Fee Structure

DAV University Fee Structure is feasible. Students can pay the fees on single installment for each semester or they can also pay three installments for a year,

The total fee of B.Tech course is Rs.4,99,000 and the fee of other courses are also less and students can easily afford the college fee. If they cannot afford the college fee, then they can opt for education loan.

University also provides the scholarship to meritorious and deserving students on the basis of their academic performance.
