International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad Admission 2021 & Fee Structure

International Institute of Information Technology is located in Hyderabad, Telangana. It is the first IIIT University to be set up under this model in India. It is an autonomous University which has been established in 1998 as a Not Profit Public Private Patnership Institutions. It also known as IIIT-H.

The college is accredited by NAAC with Grade “A” and approved by All India Council of Technical Education and UGC.

It was ranked 71 among Universities in India by NIRF in 2021 and 101-150 band overall. It also has been ranked 14th by India Today in 2021, 11th by Outlook and 16th by The Week.

IIIT-H campus is spread over an area of 66 acres of Land. There are 4 builiding that house the Corporate Schools and Research Centers. Additionally, it provides best infrastructural facilities such as Digital Classrooms, Huge Stocked Library , laboratories with latest equipments, Medical Aid, Computer Lab, Tutorial Room, Electronic labs, Seminar and Conference hall, Gym, Hostel, Cafeteria and Mess etc.

It imparts the technical and research programs in the field of Engineering, Science and Humanities. The offered courses are B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech+MS in CSE, Electronics and Communication etc., M.Tech in Computational Linguistic, Bioinformatics, VLSI and Computer Engineering etc., Ph.D, MS.

There are about 101 qualified and experienced faculty members and 72 Non Teaching staff from all the departments.

IIIT Hyderabad organizes various programs throughout the year like Annual and Cultural Fest “Felicity”, Convocation, Cultural programs, Seminars, Industrial Visit, Conferences etc.

IIIT Hyderabad Admission 2021

Students can fill application form online.
The college takes admission to undergraduate courses through 5 modes mainly JEE Mains score, UGEEE (Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination), Olympiad, Direct admission for students from Abroad and Lateral Entry to dual degree research program in CSD/ ESD.
JEE Main: Students must have qualified in JEE mains and secured minimum 60% marks in PCM subjects from recognized Board. In Case some students has same rank and marks then to break the tie, first priority will be given to that student who has high marks in Mathematics, second preference will be marked in Physics and Third in Chemistry.
UGEE: Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in Entrance Exam and Interview conducted by IIIT-H.
Olympiad: Students have to be selected for Training in Science, Informatics, Mathematics, and Linguistics to represent India in the International Olympiads during Class 11th and 12th. Following Olympiad are accepted, International Olympiad in Informatics, Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Astronomy, Paninian Linguistics Olympiad/ International Linguistics Olympiad.
Direct Admission for Students Abroad (DASA): Students must have completed 10+2 from any recognized board outside India. Both SAT and SAT subject test score in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry are compulsory for application, the essay part of SAT is not needed.
Lateral Entry to Dual Degree Research Programs in CSD/ECD: Admission will be done on the basis of Entrance Test score and Interview.
Admission to M.Tech and PS, students will be required to appear in PGEE conducted by IIIT-H followed by Personal Interview. MSIT admission is based on the GAT score. It will be conducted in two modes: Walk-in Entrance and Regular Entrance.
To get admission to PhDs programs, students must hold Master’s degree in relevant discipline from recognized University. For M.Phil, students must have complete Master’s degree in Linguistics.
Admission toPH.D and M.Phil will have to appear for written exam. Once students will be qualified in Entrance Exam, they will be called for Personal Interview round.

IIIT Hyderabad Fee Structure

The fee structure is much feasible as seeing all the Education, facilities and also IIITH is a top Institute so the facilities provided by the college are all up to mark so comparatively the fee structure is much feasible.
The fee structure of every course varies every year. The college hardly charges any other expenses from students and the charges they charged for the books will be returned to the students at the end of their college education.
For B.Tech, annually fees is around Rs.2,10,000 and for M.Tech Rs.2,00,000 p.a. Students who get admission through GATE will be eligible for GATE stipend.
