L S Raheja School Of Architecture (LSR) is second oldest architectural college, located in Mumbai Maharashtra. It has been established in the year 1953. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai, Mumbai and Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and approved by Council of Arhitecture.
The aim of the college is to produce the highly skilled Technocrat, Confident ad society sensitive professional for built the environment and sustainable development.
LSR imparts the education in the area of Architectural studies. It offers undergraduate, diploma and certification courses of architecture namely Bachelor of architecture, Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, certification courses in interior design & Decoration etc.
It provides the world class infrastructural facilities for better learning. There are well furnished and equipped classrooms with audio and visual facilities, Computer Lab with 40 computer with the latest software, Laboratories and workshops, well stocked library with more than 5000 books of all subjects, Common rooms for boys and girls, Photography Lab, Material Testing lab, Centrally Air Conditioned auditorium with the capacity of 350 labs, Fire Fighting services, Carpentry Workshop, Air Conditioned Seminar hall with 140 seating capacity, Large studios with modern drafting facility, hostel for boys and girls, cafeteria, mess and many other facilities are available.
It has professionally qualified faculty and coordinator for each class.
Every year college conducts AAAKAAR which is the annual festival of College.

- LSR offers the Full Time Bachelor of Architecture course and the duration of course is five years. It also offers the 3 years part time M.Arch Landscape Program as well as two years full time/ 3 years part time Government Diploma Course in Interior Design and Decoration & Modular Certification Course in Interior Design & Decoration.
- To be eligible for admission to B.Arch course, students have to complete 10+2 in science stream with minimum 50% marks from recognized board. Students must have valid score in NATA. Admission will be done on the basis of NATA score. In case of Vacant seats, they will be filled on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 examination and NATA score as per the guidance of DTE.
- To get admission in Part Time M.Arch course, students must hold Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by Council of Architecture and having the work experience of 2 years in related discipline. Admission will be done through College level counseling based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination.
- For admission to Full time or part time Government Diploma Course in Interior Design, students should have completed high school with Mathematics as main subject and 10+2 from Maharashtra Board. Students will be required to appear in Creative Intelligence Test (CIT) conducted by the LSR. Admission will be done through counseling based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and CIT score and on the spot test.
- Students who have done high school from boards outside the Maharashtra state or outside india, their admission will be confirmed only when they got the approval of enrollment form by MSBTE.

- The fee is low as being a top architecture college. The courses fee of Government Diploma courses is very less because it is offered by the government and expenses bear by government.
- The fee of B.Arch course is Rs.98,000 per annum, M.Arch Rs.1,20,852 p.a.
