Nehru Memorial Government College is referred as NMGC, located in Mansa, Pubjab. It has been established in the year 1965. It is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala and accredited by NAAT with Grate B+.

NMGS is a Government Aided college which imparts the quality education in the field of Commerce, Computer Application, Information Technology, Science, Humanities and Social Science.

The offered courses are BA, MA, B.Com, BCA, M.Sc in Information Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.

Admission to BA, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline from recognized Board. They must have obtained minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination. Admission will be done on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
For admission to B.Com, must have completed Intermediate with English as main subject from recognized Board. They must have scored minimum 45% marks in 10+2 examination. Admission will be done through the merit basis of qualifying examination.
Admission to BCA, 10+2 in any discipline with Mathematics or any other computer related subject from recognized Board. They must have secured minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination. Admission is given to the students on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 examination.
For Admission to MA, must have graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from recognized University. Admission will be done on the merit basis of graduation marks.
Admission to M.Sc in Information Technology, students must have completed BCA/ B.Sc in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from recognized University.
For admission to PG Diploma in Computer Application, students must have completed graduation with mathematics as main subject at 10+2 or graduation level.
