KC College of Engineering and Information Technology is located in Nawanshahr, Punjab and it is also known as KCCEIT. It is private aided Engineering College which has been established in the year 1999 under the aegis of KC Social Welfare Trust. The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
KCCEIT offers the Undergraduate and Post graduates courses in the Engineering discipline such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. It also offer Post graduate course in Management discipline. The offered courses are B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA.
It provides many facilities inside the college campus. It has well equipped laboratories, classrooms, well stocked library, Computer Centre, Hostel Facility, Transportation, Sports, Banking facility, Mess and Cafeteria, Seminar Hall, Lecture Hall, Medical Aid and many other facilities are available.
It has a separate Training and Placement department which works the Training and placement related activities and conducts various programs for the overall development of students. It maintains and coordinates with many companies and invites them for campus recruitment. Some of the top recruiters are Ranbaxy, Reliance, Dell, Club Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever ltd., Axis Bank, Ronald, TATA, KFC, Wipro, Fortis, BSNL, Jetking and others.
KCCEIT encourages the students to take part in Curricular and Extra co-curricular activities for overall development of their personality and it also organizes various activities for the students such as Seminars, Sports, Cultural Programs, Annual Fest, dance, Music etc.
KCCEIT Admission 2021
- Admission to B.Tech, candidates must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from recognized Board. They must have secured minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Preference will be given to those students who have valid score in any State or National Entrance Exam.
- For M.Tech admission, students must have completed B.Tech/ BE in engineering or M.Sc in relevant discipline from recognized University and secured minimum 55% marks.
- For MBA admission, the duration of MBA course is two years. Students must hold bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized University and they must have secured atleast 50% marks in graduation. Admission will be done on the basis of merit in qualifying examination.

- The fee structure is viable and it varies every with as per the norms of PTU. The fee of every course is different and students can afford the college fee easily.
- There is fee concession for the SC/ST category students. Also, the college provides the scholarship to students on the basis of their academic performance.
