M. Tech. - Communication Systems

M. Tech. - Communication Systems stands for Master of Technology in Communication Systems, which is a postgraduate degree program. This course combines the field of information technology and telecommunications. It also covers the fundamentals of digital communications and networking. Under this course, students will study the basic of information theory, sampling and quantization, coding, modulation, signal detection and system performance. It includes the subjects such as Digital Signal Processing, Communication Network Security, Optical Communication Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Satellite Communication and more. Through this course, students will be train to do planning, designing, installing, operating and maintaining the complex systems that produce materials. In addition, students who hold Bachelor degree of B.E or B. Tech can only for this Master Degree program. After being graduated with this degree, they can find many jobs opportunities in Rail Communication Systems, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Atomic Energy Commission, Central Electronics Limited and in others.
