M. Tech. - Design Engineering is known as Master of Technology in Design Engineering, which is a postgraduate degree program. This course mainly focuses on the mechanical aspects and modern practices of design and their application.  It is the process of engineering which includes computer-aided design and manufacturing. It covers the study of Decision Theory & Design Optimization, Properties & Selection of Engineering Materials, Design Methods, Product Design, Feasible Study, Computer Aided Design and more. Through this course, students will be trained in the designing, developing and simulation of mechanical systems. As well they can explore new area in Engineering Design and allied science.
