MOMA Scholarship Merit cum Means (MCM) 2022-23, Application Form, Eligibility, Last Date

Merit cum Means (MCM) also known as Moma Scholarship invites applications to form all the meritorious students who are pursuing or passed 12th class.  to apply for this scholarship. Ministry of Minority Affairs popularly known as the MOMA Scholarship is offered to provide financial assistance to meritorious students of minority backgrounds. This scholarship focuses on the education of minority students who cannot afford their education and wants to pursue a professional course. The scholarship is funded by Central Govt. o the basis of the minority community in a particular state/UT.  

Eligibility Criteria for MOMA Scholarship 2022

• Both genders can apply for this scholarship.
• A Candidate must be residing in India.
• A candidate must of the minority class.  
• A candidate must bepursuing his/her course in India.

Must have taken admission in any of the following course:

1. Engineering
2. Architecture
3. MBBS
4. Medical and Para Medical Courses 
5. Veterinary Sc. And Animal Husbandry 
6. CA/CS/ICWA
7. Fashion Technology 
8. Design
9. Pharmacy 
10. Law
11. Management 
12. MCA 

• Family income must not exceed more than 2,50,000.
• Must have secured a minimum of 50 % marks in his or her examination.
• The scholarship will be given only to those students who have got admission in college /institution through a competitive exam or through merit.

MOMA Scholarship Merit cum Means (MCM) Rewards 2022

The selected candidate will be getting benefits that are as follows-

• For maintenance allowance for 10 months, hostellers will get INR 10,000 P/A and day scholar students will get 5000 P/A.
• Course Fee - 20,000 P/A

Note -Full course fee will be reimbursed to the students who are enrolled in a particular college/institution.

Required Documents for Moma Scholarship

• One copy of the scholarship application signed by the candidate.
• One passport size photograph with the student’s signature.
• Self-attested copy of the entire certificates.
• Self-declaration of the community by the students.
• Course fee receipt.

Note - These documents have to be sent to the State Department from which the student belongs.
