The purpose behind PM Scholarship for the wards and widows of Ex/ Serving Army/ Navy or Air Force personnel is to encourage higher technical and professional education for their independence and positive career. 

Prime Minister Scholarship is commonly known as PM Scholarship which is flourishing every year. PM Schemes are running under different states under different departments. One such state scholarship is PM Special Scholarship Scheme for J&K Students. This is mostly opted by the students of J&K students who have got many benefits out of it. The main aim of these different scholarships is to merge the idea of Education and Growth. Following this, the scholarships offer easy access to education from level 1 to doctorate level. PM Scholarship is kind of a dream come true for the deserving students belonging to underprivileged sections. PM Scholarship Scheme Registration Process

If you are applying before PM Scholarship 2024 the last date then you can follow the mentioned steps. Try to apply before the deadline else your application will get duly rejected. 

• Visit the official website schaolrship.gov.in
• Select "Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme".
• Click "Apply now".
• Fill the form on the screen with personal details like name, age, ESM service number, academic details, and other mandatory details.
• Click on the "Submit" page to save the application.
• Once your form will be reviewed and selected you will be informed accordingly.

• Birth Certificate
• Aadhaar card
• Bank Account Details
• Certificate of the dean of Higher Institution

Selection Criteria  

• Widows or dependent wards of ex-servicemen or members of the coast guard force who lost their lives while in action. 
• Ex-servicemen who suffered an injury while on duty and were rendered disabled.
• The family mender of those soldiers whose death was caused by army-related work on duty.
