National Science Concours (NSC) is an interesting online science competition conducted for the students of Class 6th to 12th. It was started by Pivotal in the year 2013. The purpose of the competition is to be creative and develop a sharp intellectual level in a pleasant environment. Like every year, this year also the competition will consist of test, reward and set the standards of success for the participants.
National Science Concours (NSC) Competition Details
The test will be held between the classes VI to XII. The classes will be divided into three categories.
- Class VI and VII - Pegasus
- Class VIII and IX - Phoenix
- Class X, XI, XII - Unicorn
Further, the National Science Concours 2020 (NSC) is divided into two levels as follows:
Level 1st - Online Test- Candidates can take a mock practice test before attending the actual test.
Level 2nd - Project Submission- Depending on the result of the online test of level 1, the qualified students are required to pay INR 250 for Level 2. This level will consist of topic research and submission of the project in digital format like PowerPoint/video etc.

The students from class 6th to 12th are eligible to apply for the competition.
Reward of National Science Concours (NSC)
The winners of National Science Concours will be given a certificate of participation, winner kit, and cash rewards.
How To Apply For National Science Concours (NSC) 2021
Eligible students can apply for the level 1 test by following the mentioned steps

- Enter details like name, email and mobile number.
- Sign up with the password sent on a registered mobile number.
- Login and fill the application by paying a fee of INR 150 via online or draft /cheque directly in the bank account and thereafter submit the form.

- Registration - 19th May 2019
- Last date of registration - 15th November 2019
- Online Test for Level 1 - 1st September 2019
- The result of level 1 - 25th November 2019
- Enrollment for Level 2(Beginning of registration and Project submission) - 26th November 2019
- Enrollment for Level 2( last date of registration and Project submission) - 7th April 2020
Selection Criteria
National Science Concours(NSC) 2019 will be on the basis of rounds one and two. The top winners 180 winners will be selected and will get into Summer Science Camp that will be free of cost. The camp will be organized in the south and north part of India.
