Career Point University (CPU) is located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. The University has been established in the year 1993. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is an active member of the Association of Indian Universities, Delhi.
The University has signed MOU with CSIR, Palampur, IIT Bombay, and Global Crop Diversity Trust, Bonn, Germany.
CPU campus is eco-friendly and the surrounding is a pollution-free environment. The campus has well-constructed blocks and department and having world-class infrastructure facilities inside the college campus. Career Point University Admission 2021-22
Admission to B.Tech, 10+2 in science stream with PCM subjects from recognized board. Admission will be done on the merit basis of JEE Main/ HPTU Entrance exam. Vacant seats will be filled on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 examination.
For admission to BBA, BHMCT, Diploma, and B.Com, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 45% marks from recognized board. Admission will be done on the merit basis of 10+2 examination.
BCA admission, 10+2 with mathematics or Computer application as the main subject and secured minimum 45% marks. Admission will be done on the basis of marks obtained in last qualifying examination.
Admission to B.Sc, B.Pharm, and B.sc (H), students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with PCM or PCB subjects from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks. Admission will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.
For BALLB and BA in Journalism and Mass Communication admission, 10+2 in any discipline with English as the main subject from recognized board. Admission will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.
Admission to M.Tech, admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in National/ State Level Entrance Test or marks obtained in last qualifying examination.
MBA admission, Graduation in any discipline from recognized University with minimum 50% marks. Students with valid score in CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT or any other State or National Entrance Exam.
LLM Admission, students must have completed bachelor’s degree in law with minimum 50% marks from recognized University.
Admission to M.Sc programs will be done on the basis of marks obtained in last qualifying examination.
Career Point University, Hamirpur Fee Structure 2021-22
The fee structure of CPU is much feasible. Students have to submit the fee in two installments annually. They can pay the fee through online or offline mode.
The student has to deposit the caution money as security amount; it is the refundable amount which they will get back after completing their studies from University.
University also provides scholarships to many students on the basis of their marks in qualifying examination or score in Entrance exams.
