HPTU Hamirpur Admission 2022 

• HPTU  admission 2022 is based on the academic as well as national level examination.
• For B.Tech the admission is based on JEE Main score. 
• For the B.Arch  course, the admission is based on a valid score of NATA.

HPTU Hamirpur  BBA Admission 

The admission to the HPTU BBA  course is based on the marks of the class 12th examination. The minimum marks to seek admission to a BBA degree course is 50% in the general category and 45% reserved category. Admission will be completely on the merit list that will be formed based on the last qualifying examination. For the general category, the percentage to apply is 50% and 45% for the general category.  

HPTU Hamirpur B.Pahrma Admission 2022 

• Himachal Pardesh Technical University B.Pharm course is offered after the 12th from a recognized board. The admission to direct entry to HPTU, Hamirpur B.Pharm course is based on the 12th mark where the basic merit percentage is 45%( general) to 40% ( reserved category). 
• The admission to B.Pharma lateral entry is based on the marks in the diploma in Pharmacy conducted by H.P Takniki Siksha Board. If the seats under lateral entry remain vacant, the same shall be filled up by candidates who have passed a diploma in pharmacy from any other recognized board. 
• The admission to B.Pharmacy (Ayurveda)  first-year degree course shall be based on class 12th marks in PCB/PCMB. The minimum  percentage required to apply for B.Pharma (Ayurveda) is 45% and the maximum of 50%. 

HPTU Hamirpur MBA Admission 2022 

The admission to the HPTU MBA  course is based on the score of CAT, CMAT, MAT etc respectively. In case of seats remain vacant after national level tests, the same shall be filled based on the marks of the last qualifying examination (merit-based).

• HPTU Application Form 2022  can be filled online only. A separate application is required to be filled out for each program. 
• Candidates who have obtained a minimum cut off mark in the National level tests are required to pay non-refundable fees of INR 1550 for the general category and 1400 for SC/ST/BPL/EWS  categories. 
• If a candidate isapplying based on both national level as well as merit then the candidates have to pay INR 3100 non-refundable fees ( general category) and  2800 non-refundable fees for SC/ST/BPL/EWS  categories.
• Candidates can apply through www.himtu.ac.in for online submission.
• One must mention clearly if he/she is belonging to a category class.
• Candidates, who are interested to seek admission under the Management quota must apply to a private college affiliated with HPTU, Hamirpur. 
• The colleges that come under Himachal Pradesh Technical University will admit only those candidates who will fulfil the admission and eligibility criteria that are required for the course. 
• Any violation of the rule for taking management quota admission by any private institutes may attract disaffiliation. 
• Certain seats will be reserved for domicile holders of Himachal Pradesh. 
• A separate merit list will be prepared for the students applying under the sports quota  category. 

How to Apply for Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur?

If you are applying for HPTU, follow the mentioned steps below -

• Then click on “Admission form session 2022-23”
• Fill out the application form by entering your details like your name, mobile number, course you are applying and email ID. 
• Once you are done with your basic details, the candidate will receive a username and password via email and also on your mobile number. 
• Note down your, username and password and log in again with the given password.  
• Then the verification page will appear where you have to enter the OTP  that you will receive via email ID.
• Verify that OTP and fill in other left details. 
• Select the admission criteria through which you want to enrol i.e through a national level test or through the last qualifying examination.
• Then upload your scanned copy of your own signature (in JPEG/JPG format) and recent coloured photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm in JPEG/JPG format) and also of your parent/guardian’s digital signature.
• The size of the digital signature and photograph should not exceed more than  50kb and 30 kb separately for each file.
• Do not forget to mention your category if you fall under the category (sc, st,obc etc)  else you will be considered in the general category
• Pay the application fees.
• Amount fees are mentioned in the section above. 
• Click on “ Final Submit”.
• After submitting your application, you will be redirected to “ fee payment”
• Two options will appear for making the payment of the fees – “Offline link to generate PNB Challan” and “Online Fee Payment Link”.
• You can pay online through credit/debit/net banking 
• You have to submit the filled application form along with the declaration form either scanned copy submitted through post or email at himtuadmission@gmail.com.
• Submit a separate application for each program.

HPTU Hamirpur Fees

Himachal Pradesh Technical University Fees vary from course to course. HPTU is a state government college so fees are easy on the pocket. The fees of government colleges under HPTU, Hamirpur is INR 30K and private college is 54, 000 B.Tech fees, the fees of M.tech is between 19k to 76,000, M.Pharma is INR 30k to 1,20,000, MBA fees is INR 30K TO 58 K and MCA is 35k to 58k.

2. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme to OBC Students: Students belonging to the OBC category with an annual income of not more than INR1,00,000 are eligible for this scholarship which includes Maintenance Allowance and Compulsory Fee.
3. Dr Ambedkar Post-Matric Scholarship for Economically Backward Classes: Students belonging to the General Category (exempting ST, SC and OBC) with an annual income, of not more than 1,00,000 are eligible for this scholarship which includes Maintenance Allowance, Compulsory fee, Tuition fee, Games free, Medical fee, Examination fee etc.

Mukhya Mantri Gyandeep Yojna: This is a government-sponsored financial assistance scheme for the students from the state of Himachal Pradesh pursuing any course. In this scheme, the Interest subsidy from any Bank on Education Loan availed up to INR 10,00,000 is admissible.
