20th International Child Art Exhibition 2023-24,  Eligibility Criteria, Apply Process & Last Date

20th International Child Art Exhibition conducted by the Kshitij. It is a society which promotes art by organizing various art exhibitions of paintings, cartoon, greeting cards at a national and international level. School students, art teachers, life members, and artists can participate in this exhibition. Candidates as per their choice can select any topic of their interest in this art exhibition.

 

Eligibility Criteria 20th International Child Art Exhibition 2023

Below are the eligibility conditions which students have to necessarily fulfill to apply for this contest is:

  • School students, art teachers, life members, and artists are eligible for this contest.
  • Each school/ Institution or group of students has to send a minimum of 20 entries. There is no limit to maximum entries.
  • Life members can participate individually. Such candidates belonging from India have to send a minimum of 5 entries (10 entries in case of international life member).

20th International Child Art Exhibition Reward

  • Each group will be awarded 50 silver and 50 gold medals.
  • Each participant will receive a certificate of merit.
  • A separate category award is meant for life members and handicapped participants.
  • Teachers and Principals who send entries more than 200 will receive the KshitijRatna award.
  • Teachers and Principals who send entries more than 100 will receive the KshitijKalashri award.
  • Teachers and Principals who send entries between 61 to 99 will receive the KshitijPrateek award.

Age Group

Group K - Age less than 5 years (Class KG, Nursery, etc.)
Group A - Age between 5+ to 6 (1st class)
Group B - Age up to 6+ to 8 Year(2nd to 3rd Standard)
Group C - Age up to 8+ to 11 Year(4th to 6th Standard)
Group D - Age up to 11+ to 14 Year(7th to 9th Standard)
Group E - Age up to 14+ to 18 Year(10th to 12th Standard)
Group F - No Age Limit for Handicap Participants
Group G - No Age Limit for Life Members
Group H - Individuals (Without Life Member and No Age Limit)
Group I - Art Teacher & Artists.

 

Rules

  • Entry may be a painting/ cartoon/ greeting.
  • Students have to draw entry in a paper of any size.
  • Copied work is not allowed.
  • Artwork can be made by watercolors, pastels, pencils or paper cuttings.
  • Painting and cartoon size must not be more than 15″ x 11″ and greeting size must not exceed 7″ x 10″. Mounted work will not be permitted.

How To Apply For 20th International Child Art Exhibition

Following is the application process of the 20th International Child Art Exhibition:

  4. Each entry must have participants name, group, and class, school name, city and country on its back (in capital letters).
  5. Send your entries along with entry fee by registered post/speed post/courier or by hand to the below address:

Entry Fees

  • For national entry, the fee is INR 110 per entry and INR 275/- for international entry.
  • Applicants can submit the entry fees by demand draft drawn in favor of KSITIJ, payable at New Delhi or Gurgaon (Haryana).
  • Entry fees can also be paid through A/c payee Cheque (payable at par through clearing) in favor of “KSHITIJ” (Only for National Participant).
  • Besides this, students can also pay the fees through E-transfer, by hand/ by cash.
  • In case of participating in students in the current year exhibition, there is no entry fee for KSHITIJ art teacher.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their creativity and theme of the entry.
