Energy & Mobility For The Future Scholarship 2019-20, Eligibility Criteria, Last Date, Application Form 

In collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), KPIT has announced the launch of KPIT Sparkle 2020. KPIT invites the applications from science, engineering and designing students to develop innovative ideas on the theme Energy & Mobility for the Future.
KPIT is a global technology company specializing in product engineering and IT consulting. This theme focuses on energy generation, energy storage, and usage. KPIT Sparkle 2020 (5th edition) invites the applications from students across the nation to come forward and develop technological innovations that solve the existing within the energy and mobility disciplines. Students can submit their ideas on energy generation from alternative sources such as solar and wind power, energy storage using bio-hydrogen, fuel cells, and other combustible materials, etc.

Energy & Mobility For The Future Scholarship (KPIT Sparkle) Eligibility 

• Students enrolled in the full-time courses of 1st-year undergraduate to Ph.D. levels in science, engineering, technology, designing and management courses are eligible.
• This scholarship scheme is available for the students across India.

Energy & Mobility For The Future Scholarship (KPIT Sparkle) Reward 2019-20

The winners will receive a cash prize of total INR 21 Lacs. Also, the selected candidates will get the opportunity to use the incubation centers funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM). With the aid of this, students can convert their product ideas into commercial entities.

3. Firstly, aspirants have to register themselves.
4. Fill all the required basic and qualification details.
5. Enter the captcha code and submit the form.
6. Now, verify your mobile number and email ID through OTP and verification code respectively.
7. After this, the student has been successfully registered for this scholarship.
8. Now, you got access to your dashboard.
9. Submit your idea and attach the files.
10. At last, take the printout of the confirmation page for future correspondence.

Important Dates

All the important dates regarding this scholarship scheme are as follows

Registration and idea submission – April to Aug 2020 (Started)
Prototyping and video submission – May to Oct 2020
Selection for the finale – Oct to Nov 2020
Grand Finale at Pune – Dec 2020

Selection Procedure

Firstly, students will be shortlisted based on their innovative idea. Thereafter, the selected students will be invited to present a working prototype of their solutions at the grand finale. For the selected students, the public exhibition will be held in Pune in February 2020.
