The government of Assam invites all eligible applications for Post Matric Scholarship for OBC Students. The scholarship is for the students of class 11^th and above for the domicile holder of Assam. Under this scheme, the students of post matriculation and post-secondary will be provided financial support for their education.

Eligibility Criteria Scholarship for OBC Students 2020

Students must follow the mentioned eligibility criteria like:

• Studying in class 11^th or above.
• Have an annual family income of 1.5 lakh P/A.
• Belong to the OBC category.
• Must have passed 10^th or 12thg from a recognized school.

The following candidates are also eligible:

• Studying through correspondence courses.
• Employed students who are on leave without pay for a full-time course.
• For PG Medicine courses.

• The rewards include enrollment/registration, tuition, magazine, etc.
• Charges fir study tours up to maximum INR 900 P/A.
• Thesis typing and printing charges INR 1000.
• Additional reward for blind students INR 175.
• Maintenance allowance as mentioned in Group A, B, C and D
