Post Matric Scholarship for SC Students, Tripura 2020, Last Date, Application Form & Eligibility Criteria

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India is offering this Post Matric Scholarship for SC students, Tripura. The scholarship is given to offer financial assistance to the students belonging to the SC category. The scholarship will be given from the class 10^th and above. Students that are selected will be given variable rewards. The scholarship gives the way out to the students who are willing to make their career through education.

Eligibility Criteria For Scholarship For Scheduled Caste Students Tripura

To apply for this scholarship applicants must be the following:

• Be an Indian national.
• Must be the domicile holder of Tripura
• Must belong to sc category.
• Family income should be not exceeding more than INR 2,50,000.

Rewards Of Post-Matric Scholarship For Tripura SC Students

The selected students will get the following rewards:

• Maintenance allowance up to 1200 per month.
• Reimbursement of compulsory fees.
• Further, includes study Tour charges.
• Book allowance will be given.
• Additional allowance is given to students with disabilities.

How to Apply For Post Matric Scholarship for SC Students Online?

To apply for Post Matric Scholarship for SC students, Tripura follows the mentioned steps. 

• Apply through the national scholarship portal.
• Select your state schemes and click on Tripura on the menu.
• Select the state scheme and click on “ Post Matric SC Scholarship”
• Login and register yourself if you are a new user.
• Fill all the mandatory details and get your user ID.
• Application complete in all respects shall be submitted to the Head of Institution/school.

Documents Required for Post Matric Scholarship SC Students, Tripura

• Passport size photograph.
• Attested copy of certificate/degree/diploma or equivalent.
• A caste certificate duly signed by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.

Note – The application from the state government or UT administration completed must be submitted to the head of the institution.

Students will be selected on the basis of the mean test mentioned under this scheme.
