1- National Merit cum Means Scholarship

This scholarship is offered by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The scholarship aims at encouraging the education level of the students from class 9^th and preventing a rate of dropouts. The selection will be done through a small test conducted in each State /UT.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must be the students of class 9^th and must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in class 8^th and 7^th.5% relaxation for SC/ST. Annual family income must not be extended to more than 1.5 lakh.

Award

INR 6000 P/A.

2- Open Merit Scholarship for EBC Students

 This scholarship is offered by the Government of Maharashtra to provide financial help to students who are from a weak economical background. Interested students can apply online for this scholarship through Maharashtra Government’s official website i.e. MahaDBT.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants must be a minimum of 50% marks.
• Family annual income must be more than 30,000.

Award

A scholarship amount is 1600 P/ A.

3- Merit Cum Means Scholarship for BPL students, Kerala

The scholarship is given by the State Government of Kerala. This scholarship is focusing on the students of Kerala who are willing to pursue their studies and form below the poverty line. The students will get financial assistance for their higher studies. To apply students can get the application form from their respective schools.

Eligibility

• The applicants must be studying in government and government-aided higher secondary school.
• One must belong to the BPL category.
• The attendance percentage must be at least 70%. In case of any disability, one must have 40% attendance.

Award

Selected students will get INR 5000.

4- Eklavya Scholarship, Maharashtra

It is a government Scholarship that offers financial assistance to graduate students of Maharashtra for their PG studies. The main aim is to prevent the rate of dropouts after graduation. One can apply through Maha DBT's official website.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be a domicile holder of Maharashtra scoring at least 60% to 70% marks.
• Family income must not exceed more than INR 75,000.

5- Merit cum Means Scholarship for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minority Students, Delhi

This scholarship is offered by a state government started with an aim to offer financial support for pursuing higher education especially for UG and PG candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile holder of Delhi and must be from SC/ST/OBC /Minority category.
• Must be studying UG/PG courses from a recognized educational Institution.
• Must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the last qualifying examination.

Rewards

Must have awarded Up to INR 1860 as maintenance allowance.
