- Admissions to all the courses of Baddi University, Mandi are either based on Merit OR Entrance. The University conducts an entrance exam known as Baddi University Common Entrance Test (BU.C.E.T). Also, the Admission Process of the university is both the ways, online and offline.
- Baddi University accepts valid State-level Examination Scores for several courses like B.Tech, and MBA. Every course at the university has an intake of a particular number of seats. The students who have appeared for their final Senior Secondary or Graduation Examinations can also apply for the admissions.
- For Admissions in B.Com and BBA courses, Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University and the percentage required is 50% for General and 45% for SC/ST. Admissions will be made based on a 10+2 examination & Personal interview. The percentage should be 50% for General, and 45% for SC/ST.
- If a candidate wants to opt for B.Ed, he/she must have passed the graduation examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board / University - Merit in State Government Entrance test / BUEST entrance test.
- For Admissions in B.Pharmacy, Candidates must have passed a 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with any one of the optional subjects: Mathematics/Biology/Computer Sciences/Biotechnology and the Percentage should be 60% for General, and 55% for SC/ST.
- Also, Merit in State Government Entrance Test/BUEST Entrance Test. The Remaining vacant seats will be filled based on the merit in the qualifying examinations.
- B.Tech Admissions takes place only when the candidates have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the optional subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Sciences/Biotechnology and the percentage required for it is 50% for General, 45% for SC/ST.
- Note that the Admission in the first instance will be made based on JEE Mains Score. The remaining vacant seats will be filled up based on merit in the qualifying examinations as approved by the Govt.
- For Admissions in BCA And MCA Courses, eligibility criteria are passed a 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University and the Percentage should be 50% for General, 40% for SC/ST admission takes place through merit as per the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
- For Admission to Ph.D. Courses, the Seats & eligibility as per the approval from the statutory body, but the candidates have to download the application form and carefully fill it out. Maybe the candidates have to give BU.C.E.T. Any candidate who has already qualified for NET/SLET/GPAT is also required to fill the form for admission, but he/she is excused from the entrance test.

- Interested candidates can obtain the Baddi University Application Form 2022 either by putting an on-call request or can visit the campus office personally.
- The Application Fee of Rs. 990/- has to be deposited by the student.
