CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2023 Application Form, Eligibility and Last Date

CBSE offers Single Girl Child Scholarship 2023 to the girl's students who are the single child of their parents. This scholarship is meant for the CBSE Class 10th passed students. In order to apply for this scholarship, students have to secure a minimum of 60 % marks in their 10th examination. The scholarship aims to promote the meritorious girl candidates to continue their further education.

CBSE Scholarship For Single Girl Child 2023 Eligibility

Students wishing to apply for this scholarship must fulfill the following eligibility conditions

• An applicant must be the single girl child of their parents.
• Candidates must have passed the 10th examination in 2023 from any CBSE affiliated school with a minimum of 60 % marks and are continuing 11th and 12th studies from CBSE affiliated school.

Note-

• The tuition fee of the students studying in class 11th and 12th must not be more than INR 1500/- per month during the academic year.
• In the upcoming 2 years, the increase in tuition fees must not be more than 10 %.
• CBSE board NRI candidates can also apply. For such candidates, the maximum tuition fee will be up to INR 6000/- per month.

Rewards Of Schemes For Single Girl Child Scholarships

The scholarship will be awarded for a period of 2 years. However, after passing 11th with minimum 50 % marks, candidates have to apply for renewal of the scholarship. The selected students will receive INR 500/- per month. Payment will be done through NEFT /ECS.

How To Apply For Single Girl Child Scholarship CBSE

2. Enter your 10th roll number and date of birth.
3. Fill all the details properly and submit the application form.
4. Now, students have to attest to the undertaking from the school where a student is pursuing 11th studies.
5. Candidates can download the Undertaking form by Clicking on the below link.
6. Fill all the details and get it attested from the school.
7. Also, attest your affidavit (downloaded from the guidelines documents) by the First Class Judicial Magistrate/ SDM/ Executive Magistrate/Notary.
8. Scanned both the documents in JPG format with a maximum size of 1 MB.
9. Click here to upload the documents.
10. Finally, print the confirmation page and retain it for future references.
