DRDO Scholarship For Girls 2025, Eligibility Criteria, Rewards, Application Form

Recruitment and Assessment Centre DRDO, Government of India has opened the application for DRDO Scholarship for Girls 2025. As per the name, the scheme is for the girls/women studying in the first year of undergraduate (B.E/B.Tech) or first-year if postgraduate (M.Tech/M.E) courses. The selected students will get financial benefits around INR 1, 86,000 per annum.

DRDO Scholarship 2025 For Girl Eligibility

Check the eligibility criteria for the mentioned below –

• Must from Indian National.
• Must be a girl student of UG/PG program in the stream of Aerospace Engineering /Aeronautical Engineering /Space Engineering and Rockery /Aircraft Engineering/Avionics.

Conditions for the UG candidates are –

• Applicant must be pursuing in B.E/B.Tech /B.Sc. Engineering course at the time of application.
  
• Applicants must have cleared JEE (Mains) and must have a suitable ranking for the same.

Conditions for PG candidates –

• Applicants must be pursuing ME/M.Tech /M.Sc. engineering course at the time of application.
• Must have a valid score of GATE.
• Candidates' score should be a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA/CPI score of 6.75 in B.E/B.tech/B.Engg.

Rewards Of DRDO Scholarship 2025

DRDO scholarship 2025 for degree students rewards are as follows –

For UG students – 20 scholarships are floating under UG scholarships which include INR 1,20,000 P/A annual fees or whichever is less. 

For PG students – A total of 10 PG scholarships will be given which is INR 1,55,000 to INR 1,86,000  P/A  for two years.

• Fill in the “Registration Form”.
• Attach all the important documents and your recent passport size photograph.

• In order to continue the studies, it is important for the students to maintain a grade of 7.0 or 70% marks during the course.
• Students who flung in any subject in any semester will not be offered the scholarship.
• Once a student is disqualified, he/she cannot apply again.
