The main aim of this NEC Merit Scholarship providing financial aid to candidates of the NER Region undergoing studies in various disciplines. Candidates who achieve at least 70% marks in the previous examination and parent's income not more than 4.5 lac per annum eligible to apply for this.

The Pre Matric SC Cleaning and Health Hazard Scholarship, Tripura is a wonderful initiative for the educational welfare of students, whose parents are engaged in occupations related to cleaning of health & hazardous sectors. Pre matric scholarship for ST Students offered by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs under Govt of India. The main objective of this scheme to support parents of ST students for the education of their wards studying in classes 9th and 10th. Candidates who belong to a scheduled tribe and their parents' income should not exceed 2 lac per annum can apply for the pre-matric scheme. Selected students get up to INR 350 for 10 months and INR 1000 for books & Ad hoc grants.
