Sh LN Hindu College (SLNHC) commonly known as Hindu College which is located in Rohtak, Haryana. It has been established in the year 1971 under the aegis of Hindu Education Society. It is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. It is accredited GRADE B by NAAC. It provides the quality education in the area of Commerce, Arts, Science, Computer Application, and management. The offered courses are BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BA, BCA, B.SC, B.Com Hons., M.Sc Mathematics, MA in English, MA in Hindi, BBA etc.
The campus of college is sprawling over an area of 13 acres of green lush land. It has well stocked library with large collection of books such as 40235 books, 66 periodicals and Journals, 18 newspapers etc, Reading Room, Book Loan facility, Cafeteria, well equipped classrooms, labs, medical facility, sports and games and many other facility are available.
The college conducts various programmes such as Play, Sports, Poetic Recitation, Story Writing, Music, Dance Competition, Youth festival, Inter college competitions, quiz and many other cultural and extra co-curricular activities. For admission to B.Com, BBA and BA, students must have completed 12th in any discipline from recognized board. They need to score minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination.
To get admission to BCA, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the main subject at 10+2 level from recognized board.
For M.Com, students must have completed bachelor degree in commerce from recognized University.
To get admission to M.Sc Mathematics, students must have completed B.Sc degree in relevant discipline from recognized University. Students must have studied Mathematics as one of the main subject at 10+2 level.
For admission to MA in Hindi, must have completed graduation in any discipline with hindi as one of the main subject at 10+2 or graduation level.
For MA Hindi, student need to complete graduation in any stream with English as main subject from recognized University.
