Fellowship Scheme Gujarat 2023-24| Eligibility, Last Date, Reward & Application Form

Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Gujarat has been releasing the applications of Fellowship Scheme, Gujarat 2019-20 for students studying class 11th to postgraduate level. The government is providing an opportunity to the students belonging to SC, ST, SEBC, and other categories to avail scholarships for pursuing higher education. This initiative is basically taken to encourage the backward classes of society to pursue higher studies.

Fellowship Scheme Reward 2023-24

The scholarship amount will be distributed as per the education level of students. The scholarship details are as follows

• Students pursuing studies of the secondary level will receive a fellowship of INR 2,000/- per month.
• Graduate-level students will get the fellowship amount of INR 3,000/- per month.
• The Fellowship amount to be awarded to the postgraduate level students is INR 5,000/- per month.

Eligibility Criteria For Fellowship Scheme

• This scholarship scheme is available from students of class 11th to postgraduate level.
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, SEBC, and other categories can apply for this scholarship.
• In order to apply for this scheme, students must have at least 70% marks in class 10th.
• The family income of the students must not exceed INR 2.5 lacs.

Students have to follow these simple steps in order to apply for the Fellowship Scheme

• There is only an online mode to apply for this fellowship scheme.
• To apply online, students have to visit the official link. 
• After clicking this link, students have to start their registration process.
• Enter all the required details and note down your registered email ID and password for further login.
• Students are also required to upload documents like passport size photograph, income certificate, caste certificate, etc.
• At last, click on the submit button to submit your details.
• Students must retain the printout of the confirmation page for further correspondence.

• Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card
• The first page of bank passbook/canceled cheque
• Passport size photograph
• Fee receipt of current course year

Important Dates

Fellowship Scheme, Gujarat 2023-24 the online application form is now available. Students are informed to submit the filled-in application forms before 31st August 2023.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the students will be purely done on the basis of fulfillment of eligibility criteria and on the basis of their performance in the previous examinations. For further study, the scholarship will be renewed only if a student will secure a minimum of 70% marks in the immediate class.
