• Candidates are required to fill the application form online by visiting the official website on www.dmer.org or www.mhtcet.co.in  
• Admission to MBBS course will be done on the basis of NEET UG.
• The commissioner of State CET cell has been designated as a selective authority. Admission of candidates to various Medical postgraduate courses at unaided private /minority medical colleges as per state government orders. 
• The competent authority will supervise and control the selection process through NEET UG/PG cell designated authority. 
• There will be no PG admission will be done at the college level. All admission for all quotas will be done by the commission rate Common Entrance Test cell, Mumbai.

• The Commissioner Sate Cell, Mumbai will conduct the admission process for the health science courses in the state of Maharashtra.
• There shall be a common counselling to MBBS in all medical education institutions on the basis of merit list of National Eligibility Entrance Test.
• The counselling will be conducted by the state and such common counselling shall be under the overall Superintendent, direction and control of the state.
• There will be no UG admission done at the college level. All admission will be done by Comissionerate Common Entrance Test  Cell, Mumbai.
