Defense Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), DRDO is the authority offering Junior Research Fellow, DRDO 2023. The application of this fellowship program has been available for graduate/postgraduate degree holders in Sciences. The aim behind offering JRF is to provide an opportunity for the young and talented candidates to carry out research work leading to earning research experience. 

Junior Research Fellow, DRDO Eligibility:

Here, students can check the eligibility criteria of Junior Research Fellow, DRDO 2023:

• An applicant must be holding a graduate degree in engineering or technology/post-graduate degree in Life Sciences Physiology/Biochemistry /Biomedical Sciences/ Biotechnology or post-graduate degree in professional courses like M.E/M.Tech with first division.
• The Upper age of the candidate must not be more than 28 years.
• There is a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit of the candidates belonging from SC/ST categories and 3 years in case of OBC category.

Junior Research Fellow, DRDO Rewards:

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 16,000/- plus HRA. The fellows will also get a contingency grant of up to INR 15,000/- per annum.

Junior Research Fellow, DRDO Selection Procedure:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their research work and performance in the interview. Students having work experience in the relevant area/discipline will get preference.
